compared with coworkers. on the 4241a under cased dps letters. most counts have been zeros. This count for example has one carrier getting 10 minutes and another carrier getting over 90 minutes. The 10 min being the larger route. I know the under 400 pieces even if dps gets time credit under cased dps and can vary every day. So am i getting this right? a carrier with 500 deliveries gets no to minimal credit because they have over 400 but a route with 300 deliveries and less than 400 pieces gets more credit for less mail. or am i not seeing the credit for over 400 pieces somewhere. seems like you would want less dps Not making sense and extra hour and a half for less dps?ty
