What’s the rules for covering for your regular when they call in or take days off in advance? How does write up work for the sub and what happens if the sub can’t cover his regulars route multiple times? Just wondering the rules on this matter.
I'm sure someone on here will quote the actual reference to this in our contract. But my two cents is based on the way your question was asked, you are the Primary RCA on this route and are expected to cover all advance notice time off. I on the other hand can understand an occasional inability to cover a last minute call in. After all that's why we have the matrix with its primary, secondary and tertiary positions.
