Crossing craft o.t pay

Hey there.
I am an rca Who is currently working city side along side the actual city carriers. We are wrkin 10 to 12hr per day 6 days a wk.
Should i expect time and a half pay or is this straight time becuz im an rca?

Overtime after 40 hours, it doesn't matter what you are doing (it could be cleaning the bathrooms) you are a member of the Rural Carriers Craft and are covered for pay and all other situations under our contract. By the way you are not required to perform duties outside of our craft. Be aware that other Crafts will be able to file a grievance against management for work being taken away from members of their Craft.

When I was an RCA I also did custodial for some time for the extra pay. Nobody files a grievance and complemented me on how clean our offiice and especially the rest rooms were. The POOM even came down once and complemented me on the job. The PM at that time told me that the POOM suggested that she have me switch to custodial but I didn't.

Soooo am i pd my hourly rate which is 18.56 or am i pd is it 27.84 for all hours over 40...
And im curious, you say im "not required to perform duties outside my craft" but how do i opt out of crossing crafts without causing backlash for myself?
