on the recent 4241a form my date of mapping was jan 30, and everyone elses in the office had feb 28, 2026 on theres, i lost 4 hours , can someone tell me, what date should be the date of mapping , for the evaluations that went into effect on apr 4 2026, i believe my wasnt updated on purpose by postmaster , can that date affect my route

YOU need to be doing your mapping every month, not your postmaster. It is a big no no for management to do your mapping without you. Let them know this. File a grievance if it continues.
Mapping for this past mail count should have been completed in mid to late February.
I doubt one month of mapping not being done would cost you 4 hours, but your postmaster doing it without you over a long period of time certainly would.

Speaking about that has this happened to anybody else. Go in to do mapping and do the active inactive check. Then locked out of driving the car (SYSTEM WON'T LET US) It's been 5 months since last ran car.
Also happens to others in the office. Supervisor said since i didn't have any changes was the reason. well 2 months ago changed one address to active and one month ago changed back to inactive. but still no car?
