For the USPS to run the operations to handle a $10 billion increase in new business, it would take the at least $11 billion dollars for them to accomplish.

We all ready deliver dhl it comes directly from plant. It just means they got a supposedly better deal for usps I hope.

Don't worry by the time the year comes around, you will lose DHL packages with a lost in coverage factor and lost in volume.
