Y'all there's no sense fighting with a PM over things. Document anything they won't allow and when it's time to sign off on your mail count dispute it. They will in most cases settle with you; they are instructed not to send these mail counts up w/disputes and it makes them look incompetent when there's a lot of stuff the conflict resolution team gives you.
Our whole office disputed their counts one year with a PM that did all sorts of stuff; we got everything we asked for, but of course only the things we knew about.
