Dissolve Aux?

after this eval we have 4 low k rts in our office and an aux rt. At what point will they dissolve the aux rt?

They will not dissolve the aux to bring non substandard routes to higher evals.

Presumable once the regular routes fall below 40h and they have to deal with unassigned regulars.

Below 35 standard hours they do, until then it’s a regular route.

One route in my office went from a 44h to a 32h. I didn't;t know there was such a thing. Is his guaranteed salary accurate or will that change after an amount of time. The non guarantee salary is 11000 less than the guarantee salary
