District was calling out offices with too much raw, loading, parcels and scans.

I guess after 4 years of free Amazon delivery, they don't want to pay us fairly.

They've got their nerve... it's VERY obvious they've manipulated and double-ran DPS... and other crooked stuff... so what's this BS about stuff is done the same all year 'round, as it is during the mail count... The next longest time I had was last Monday when I hit 14 minutes and 15 seconds. I seriously do not know what I was doing to hit 19+. I think the counter F'd up on his/her stop watch, there's no other way I could've gone 5 minutes longer than I did that Monday.

My goal was to go over 15 this count. No matter how slow I went, couldn't do it. Cleaned out my car, talked to peeps...maybe Tommorrow.

You guys are killing the loading time. I guess that is why we were called out. My sub took 26 minutes one day. Over 170 parcels. All routes average in triple digits daily. Pretty sure our loading is averaging over 15/day.

Over 15 only needs further explaination.

4 trips to truck, load advo into and out of gurney, it all adds up. TFB if it's 20+ minutes.

You cannot make this sh*( up.

When will the PO figure this out, the more packages you have the longer it takes to load, To many scans, WTH, that one takes the cake !!!

I think the PO will be sorry for making a lot of ppl count this time, I cant see how many of these routes cannot go up, with the increase in packages/spurs/scans. That should more than make up for less letters/flats.

I wonder what the criminals have up their sleeve when and if this new evaluation system comes into play in 2022 (ha ha) !!

packages are NOT worth that much to make up for a drop of 20 percent in flats.. if mailcount ended today, i would be up 30 minutes

Where are you all located? We have had so many flats. Parcels, scans 2 sets of box holders, everything is up. This mailcount will go down in the books not being like other counts. Of course we will all probably get cut. Sorry put this under wrong heading there were some people saying they aren’t getting anything

I have to agree my flats are down almost 1000 from last count, DPS is down, raw letters up slightly, packages way up as well as scans, everything else is down, so barely breaking even right now Parcels haven't been this low in years actually, I write mine down daily and I can see they are very light compared to just 3-4 weeks ago, no doubt they will be plentiful on Saturday

My counter hassled me early on about sequencing parcels during the loading process--apparently they want you to just heave the things into your vehicle willy-nilly. I said "fine I will sequence them on my cart in the office but I will also then be making two trips because the cart isn't big enough to convey both the mail and the parcels in sequence." So now instead of a 10 minute average load time I'm hitting 15 or more every day. If you want me to work inefficiently then it will take longer.

Mine is 18-26 minutes daily with 3-4 trips each day. Always has been since Amazon kicked it 5-6 yrs ago. Some of our peeps are averaging around 15 but they organize at their desk. I toss the pkgs in in sections since most of my route is CBUs.
