Many years ago we got parcel count for everyone. The last few counts I went through if they were standard mail and didn't have anything ridged in them they all got counted as flats. Some of the thicker stuff or ridged stuff we'd get parcel count for, if there wasn't too many. The problem was when the parcel number per route was really high during the count district would call and want to know why and if it was because of do not bends they pitched a fit. We all kind of took what we could get.
