Do you think an Incentive-to-Stay Program would help keep RCAs?

Bukowski....tell them to transfer to the northeast, massive shortage of rcas around here....smh.....slap, oops, just woke up! Had a dream, 4 rcas transferred to my area. We wish.

Lindam said, "I think mentoring with your regular would help. Some do, and some don't. Regs in my office sabotage subs because of the rdwl. They see them as competition. That's an issue. Give the reg who requests and works with the sub to help them succeed something."
There is such a position, it is called an "On the job instructor". The USPS can not get, hardly, anyone to volunteer for that job. If you or your co-workers want to be an OJI check with any academy instructor or human resorces. You would be paid the same as you would if you ran your route.

I remember when people in my area got a $100 dollar savings bond for taking no sick days in the year.
If they took one sick day they were paid the face value of the savings bond and got the day off. So, the savings bond was not a good deal.

We could pay them market value. I don't think the Postal Service wants to pay.
