Just to update on this, I was removed from leave earning May 11th “so they could convert it to a regular route and it could go up for bid.” (Retroactively in paperwork.)It’s still not been put up for bid. I have since won a bid on a regular, larger route without a LLV that came open due to a coworker retiring and began it July 21. However, I want the route that converted from my aux to a regular route and will bid back as soon as I can. The fact that I was without leave because of this for over two months despite working 6 days a week for over 3 1/2 years and they still haven’t posted it, irritates me more than I can convey.PM says HR was going to post it for bid on the 7th. Then they didn’t. Then the 21rst for sure. And didn’t. Now some head at HR fwd it back up and says do it ASAP...and still we wait. Very sick of the waiting game and being jerked around. After 10 1/2 years as a sub, I’m ready for a little bit of stability even if it’s 6 days a week. At least I’ll always know it’s 6 days a week. Lol (Right now I’m on a K route but jr carrier so still never know.)
