The union spent dues money writing and revising the comprehensive guide. If you don't want to contribute to the work, then just keep believing what management tells you. Dues are paid on percentage of pay. If your pay goes down the amount you pay for dues goes down.The union is sitting back getting more and more money from each year while may pay is continuous going down.
