Am I though? Couldn't i just as easily use trip to door when i make more than one trip when picking up packages? What do i input when i have a pickup slip that says "in mailbox" when it isn't in the mailbox and i go to their door to get it? And do pickups carry the data to differentiate pickup at box or door?

Yes pickup slips do....they have a whole list of options right on the front. All you have to do is select the one that applies, and give it back to your stupidvisor....

Not at all. I just sick of carriers doing whatever they want to build their route & then they have a 48k worked in 5 hours or less. Then they piss & moan about getting cut.
A few carriers in my district were walked off the floor for it. When you have more than the whole office combined, it tends to raise flags.

Trip2Door is for extra trips over the one credited by the scan. I’d have to look it up but I believe pickups auto credit as door regardless. Same happens when we say a pkg is delivered to person, we get door credit.

I like Gotstamps, he's a straight shooter in my opinion. I dont always agree with him on everything, but he dont pull his punches, he just gives it to you straight. He ain't no mole, or po mgmt, or whatever. He's a good guy, and an asset to this site.

But again this goes back to the lack of transparency and training brought forth by USPS and the union (for not fighting for it).

If we knew how the credit worked or were told you automatically credited with door great. I don't remember that at all. But also you can carrier pick up and leave package in mailbox so I don't think using carrierpu would automatically be door credit but who knows.

So you’re padding your route with DoorMisc? The Keys a Postage Due (if leaving a notice) would fall under DoorMisc. Signature Items & Pickups already account for Door delivery or pickup.
Falsifying RRECS scans is being flagged and investigated.

If they are legitimate then they should not “flag”. It is not to be used with a scannable item that is being scanned at the door.

conversely, when one is the only carrier in the office who does things correctly and uses all tools to the route's advantage, one also gets scrutinized. (i.e., using load truck and performing EOS duties correctly)

On a side note, one thing I've been missing since Rrecs started is pick-ups for bringing back UPS, FED-X, AMAZON, or other company's parcels. They're not supposed to use our boxes, we are supposed to bring them back and give them to our manager, but how do we get paid to do that?
Rrecs,O, 1 (item), enter. Your scanner will ask do you want to continue without a scan, I enter yes. It will ask if there is a bar code on the parcel I enter no, because none will scan on our scanners, enter and now I get credit for another pick-up.
I've been getting 3-4/day especially in bad weather, and now I look forward to getting them.
