Double scheduling an RCA???

Devildogg13 -- "Is management allowed to one RCA on 2 auxiliary routes for one day?"

-- Is the RCA assigned to one of the AUX routes? Are the AUX routes in the same office?

-- If so, then the RCA can comply with Article 30.2.G.5.

- After completion of the assigned auxiliary route or the primary route assignment, a leave replacement assigned to serve the auxiliary may be utilized on any other auxiliary route, or serve as a leave replacement or provide auxiliary assistance on any regular route.

-- If not assigned to either AUX route, not a problem -- as long as both routes do not exceed 12 hours of evaluated time, which then would be in violation of a Step 4, not that manglement would be overly concerned about that.

-- In that case, manglement could always cite Article 3 - Management Rights, which basically is carte blanche to get the job done.

Sorry, I forgot to put schedule in the question. The RCA is assigned to one of the aux routes. The other aux route is in the same office but different station/branch.

Same office but different branch?

Each branch would have it's own matrix then no? RCAs can only be on one stations matrix.

Like no extra pay for Sunday/Holiday work. I had to do Amazon on Thanksgiving in 2021 because of a POS district manager. Was so thankful I was raking in the $$$ at 19.06 and hour on a freaking major holiday. Clown show.
If I got time and a half, premium pay, double time….I might even volunteer. But I’m going whine cry and bitch every time I’m forced to work Sunday until that changes. And I’m at 23.97

no.

matrix is merged. only RDWL is separate. see POSTplan MOU.

Hmmm what is it when you have two stations, neither with postmasters just "station managers." They have seperate RDWL and matrix's but joint seniority? I dint really get that RMPO acronym but one station sounds like its the main and the other is a spoke? Both stations also have x3 as many city routes compared to their amount of rural routes

if they are under the same finance #, they are either under the POSTplan or they were already established as satellite offices of a main office.

in all cases, RDWL lists are separate. seniority for regulars, as well as RCAs, merges. one matrix for all.

APO = Adminstrative Post Office
RMPO = Remotely Managed Post Office (PM is in main office)

in addition to the POSTplan mou, here is the matrix guide, which may help you understand:
