Is there anywhere online I can print out fmla paperwork. I have asked my supervisor and postmaster for it and have not recieved anything when I asked two weeks ago. Thanks.

I suggest the NALC forms. There are usually one page vs multiple for others. I and others have used them successfully.

Oh yeah. I checked that out. WAY better !!!! Also, much less room for any "error(s)" that could be used to deny / delay approval. While the D.O.L. Forms are most certainly acceptable and official, the NALC Form is the way to go.
