Food drive question

I feel like no one has read the RRECS guide I posted. It’s straight from the site. We have never been paid for parcels under two pounds. We aren’t now either.
It’s an extensive read for sure . But by now everyone should have read it . I am with you this one about 2lb only thing added is if you have myPO form then every piece gets the 9+ sec as per MOU . This was done to counter the USPS habit of limiting the scan and not giving the credit for rest . Without the form it is always limited to 2 lb , be that from mailbox or at the door

Again, please refer to carrier pickup on reference material at nrlca.org or confirm with your DR. One need not have a print out request from office for credit.
I'm not discussing the main issue of food drive, just carrier pickup.
I would request you to do the same please

As someone else stated earlier...everything is 2 lbs. or over until I am provided a scale. Then they can pay me for the time time using a scale. I don't have the time to waste and contemplate this question when out on my route. I need to get to the next box.

I have, thank you. My Area agrees to give carriers pickup credit ( form or not) when they must exit vehicle to retrieve items. Those items are then counted under piece count on scanner. Rrecs cannot compensate for picking up items in any other manner from door. Door misc doesn't account for loading or pause for customer.
Mailbox pickup is a different issue.
