force to use load truck

when filing a grievance on forcing to use load truck

what would be the question?

I know they can force it on PTFs and subs since they are hourly

but they can’t force regulars to use it

Go on load time and while you are on load time then use load truck. It may not add a lot but it should add enough to make you stay where you are or even go up a little.

as long it aint too hot outside.. go ahead and do 1hr loadtime.. that will hush them up

When we had this happen we cited unpaid extra job requirement. Due to regs not using load truck for the prior year. They did a 2 week study paying 8127 time out each day and district backed off here.
