Green card time

A couple times after i've run my route I have gone out to help on other routes.I put my start and end times on the green card.  What about mileage?  How is that recorded and paid for green card time?

A new carrier still subject to the hourly rate of pay. On the matrix, yet I am not being worked properly. I have yet to run the entire route. It's been nearly a month. This is not my doing. This is scheduled. There is a regular coming up on leave. I am hearing I won't be scheduled and I am secondary on the matrix; the sub who is primary is out for some reason.  Is it right that i am not on the route I am assigned this far in? I have been in training for quite some time.  I believe they may be running out the 6 week clock so as not to pay me hourly. I am sure this won't be an issue when I am on the evaluated route time. Anyone?

Can anyone direct me to the PS regulation, if its called that, that governs how subs are paid for going to another post office to work? Specifically, how subs are paid to travel from their home post office to the location assigned for the day?Is it paid for travel from home post office to post office assigned and back to home post office? If traveling in POV? Is it paid by EMA rate for mileage?Thank you.

Is the APWU arbitration a blanket that covers all crafts? It doesn't state one specific craft and the arbitration, if called that, was signed in 2013?If not, as a new RCA who is in the probationary period, do I have access to a Union Rep with issues concerning pay and/or discrimination as long as it does not concern disciplinary actions? Additionally, has anyone witnessed a non-career employee win this battle, new or otherwise? To be clear, I did not volunteer, I was assigned the non-home post office duty.

EMA is supposed to be paid by the post office you are sent to. I was told that the mileage needs to be recorded on the green card at that location. I am not sure if this is accurate because our office is of the school of thought, ' Non Career employees are not allowed to be paid for travel to locations outside the home post office, regardless of circumstance.' This coming from our union rep.
