If your secondary route has no regular or sub assigned to the route other than me since March 2020- present should it have been put up for hold down long ago?

You need to find a Steward, DR or ADR and have a conversation with them about the goings on at your office!

-- What happened to the regular on that route?

- Retire?
- Out for a long time for medical issues?
- What is the exact date the route has been without a regular?

-- Article 12.3.A.2. In part: When a rural route becomes vacant, it SHALL be posted within 30 days form the time it became vacant, except:

a. If a route consolidation, adjustment, or conversion is pending in the appropriate area, a 60-day extension may be made.

-- Is the route being considered for any of the above?

-- With no assigned sub, why didn't you request to become the sub on that route?

-- As "Voglio-il mio" posted, get the union involved. If manglement messed up on posting a really vacant route, the route winner may be able to get the start date backdated to when it should have been posted.
