How much is a mile worth?

When on a small route you watch your turf as best you can. 1 mile round trip from the line of travel is the limit for a route extension. Not allowing the new owner to continue having a box when he had attempted to notify the PO within the 90 days was just a bit chicken $hit. I did lose an hour on the next count. 36 minutes is a big hit on a no growth route.
