How old were you when you became an RC?

Just curious since I saw the question about " How many years an RCA? " In my office, it seems like I will have the opportunity when I turn 50 years old. 5 years from now. I wish I could start this job when I was in my 20s....☹

When I think I have been jerked around then I hear of someone else who sounds like maybe they had it worse... plus I know of 2 that spent over 20 years as RCAs... so... just sayin'...

43....that means I get to work through the aging process...accelerated by toting packages to the door...getting in and out of the car 50 times a day....oh the joy! RCA for 7 years...got 22 career years in...can't wait to retire!!

What a hoot! I tell the bosses all the time they need to hire old as the work ethic is there. I've said this before I absolutely love this job!!! I can see maybe going for 5 as long as we stay perky

I just went regular in early May, I turned 50 in February..... but I refuse to admit I’m a day over 21.
I too wish I had started back in the mid 90’s, when I ALMOST went for the civil service test, but my current job at that time, required me to work, so I missed the test.... I wish idda called in sick that day....
Hopefully I’ll get a good 12-15 years with the po, then I’ll have 3 semi decent pensions I can fall on....
