just went thru this on aux they failed fully on both quality and quantity. Being told sector segment no longer exists and raw does not apply to failed review. Yes grievance In its at step 2 currently will see if it goes anywhere. Most likely it won’t before rrecs kicks in and will be a moot point.You know, with THAT kind of error rate , although inverted are of no consequence during a QUALITY review ( NOT to be confused with a QUANTITY review ) , you could get your route OFF of DPS standards altogether. I imagine you know how QUALITY works. They have 30 days to make the 98% threshold. The DPS must make 98% for three consecutive days. If they fail ONE day, the three day consecutive clock STARTS OVER but the 30 day clock DOES NOT. The 30 day clock keeps ticking. If , after 30 days, there has not been a three day consecutive at 98% or better, the route would be reclassified. You don't have to do TWO reviews like with the QUANTITY reviews. You win one and it is over. Now, here's the kicker. Only the mis-sequenced and mis-sorted count as errors and NOT the mis-sent. Go fiigure, the mail piece in your DPS for another route in your office IS an error but the mail piece you get in your DPS for ANOTHER STATE is not. Also, I am pretty sure that the route would have to be re-qualified BEFORE it goes back to DPS standards which means they gotta do it all over again. I'd have to research the re-qualify part but I am pretty sure. Something to think about......
Raw does indeed apply to a failed review of EITHER quality and or quality. First page, fourth paragraph down. Since there is no sector segment under RRECS, raw would be appropriate. And , good for you for doing BOTH reviews !!!!I get less out of town rejects then anything else in our dps.

None of my miscellaneous activities have been approved all week Per District. Moreover, I have accumulated over 20mins this mini mail survey week. Further, PM is going on leave for a few days, so will not be able to attempt to get approval from upper management till then. What are my options? I would greatly appreciate everyone’s input.

Are these tasks / duties that have yet to be added to your misc. time daily or weekly occurring ? Are these tasks / duties specific to YOUR route only or are they office wide ? And are any of these tasks / duties required by local management ? This is so hard. I really preferred being able to verify everything everyday.no access to the Data?
I had a very major dispute day#1. We had unexpected snow Friday. So day one for me had a full case. I said I should get credit for it all. She said no. I informed my union. I was so stressed that I had diarrhea for days and she got to deliver it all.
I'm the only rural route within my radius and have no RCA. So if I'm not there my postmaster has to deliver.
I was worried about volume, but this count is kicking my butt just like normal. 10-11 hour days.
I'm not optimistic, I'm too cynical, but I don't feel directly screwed.
It was so easy, they only had 5 things to do and the only thing mine got right were the pars labels. Why can't they give you the distances that you actually walk everyday instead of telling you how much they will allow when they no it is wrong? This whole thing was a joke. Why even have training when no one wanted to here it. This is probably the best part of rrecs wait until they can't explain anything Monday that is If they get anything to explain.someone said in another group that their manger told them that those multiple walking distance where only giving to offices that didn’t receive the withdrawal credit.
