I was unfrozen this eval, this is how it turned out.

I think you mean 52 standard hours, there is no 52k only goes to 48k. But either way a grievance. When you file, get the routes data for the year you where cut, you can prove you had 48k workload the whole time you where a 43k and get back pay.
Show me where you get back pay. Last I saw was, a mou that covered early on the the rresc implementation that would do just that. It also had a specific time period, which does not cover today's problems.

Had one here that was a 47k, then amazon showed up; bumped it to a 58k. Then management cut it to a 43k and then got frozen. Well he lost amazon and tried to stop the cut, but this last survey dropped it to a 42j. doing all the scans etc but his parcel volume tanked and volume factor tanked.

He is hoping to regain some of that territory back, but management is dragging their feet. I think they have to get it done by November. I think its about 35+ boxes to get it least up to a K

Losing the parcels and then taking another eval hit is brutal, especially with territory sitting there in limbo. Those 35 boxes sound like the difference between a lousy J and getting back to a workable K.

Was a 48K in June 2025. Had route adjustments and lost around 350~ CBU and gained back about 170 curbside boxes. In my mind these about cancelled each other out but still lost enough to be brought down to a 43K. Grievance was filed about route mileage being miscalculated and route went back up to a 45K. Mail volume and parcel volume didn’t fluctuate at all in 15 months. Unfrozen this count and route dropped back to 43K. 51:01 - 1 minute over a 43K! Most routes in my office went down to around 40K or even J or H routes. Cannot wrap my head around what numbers matter and what doesn’t matter. Seems as if they’re using us a guinea pigs.
All this disparity and confusion is coming from the route adjustments both territory shift or growth kind are old fashioned not the way it was supposed to be ( as they advertised RRECS to us initially) . They are supposed to keep all the data address specific but they are keeping it route specific. And it is causing lot of routes to be underpaid and lot of routes to be overpaid while being frozen . So when the unfrozen thing happens real numbers kick in . At that times the guys who were getting overpaid looses evaluation and vice versa . And normal change in volume effects too off course . As long as they don’t start saving data address specific this yo yo thing will keep on happening
