I wouldn't think any officer would publicly support the theft issue. they are hard core pushing how correct and itemized rrecs is to route. regardless of accuracy of data, training and attention to scanner input and the agreed to mou on frozen routes.
there are a myriad of issues they seem to be reticent about bringing up. probably because they believe it will make them look weak on past decisions. but, generally, that's how Rome failed. the inability address issues or review existing status...even when it is further eroding the carrier benefits and gains.
Sadly this is why I have ZERO FAITH in anything coming from all of this BS.
Our union was all about implement and fix later........ You DON'T IMPLEMENT SOMETHING THAT IS WRONG!!!!!!!! No one trust our union anymore because of this crap that has happen. I mean coverage factor has been proved to be bogus with people getting 10% coverage on some day. There's no way......
I mean I have never seen a union ok with a questionable pay system as this one.
