Someday, those celebrating today, will look back and realize RRECS really is a POS, and will end up screwing them all before all is said and done..... anybody who can't look at how this employer is screwing over 10's of THOUSANDS of their employees, and enjoying it, is kidding themselves about their own future success in working for such an outfit....

and I can’t WAIT for the day the “cheerleaders “ come here crying “how is this possible? How did they take away 20 hours from me? Why did they cut me to a 43k, then 6 months later, my reevaluation now says I’m a 39h…. How is it possible! I’m doing everything I should! How can they do this to me?”
(All the while, they’re laughing at the losses 66% are facing now)

Eehh, his office is SPECIAL! He’s got no worries! He’s got a lawyers degree to know his office is SPECIAL! and Amazon isn’t smart enuf to know how to pull out of his office! Why do you refuse to state how many to the door parcels is on your 4241m?

No matter what mailcount system we use, a route will go down if they lose Amazon. This is such a ridiculous argument against a mail count system. But I don’t want to re-hash all that. Just want to know your parcel count.
I gained a LITTLE-very little but did gain...and yes I feel it is because we are a heavy amazon office. It has to be because the ONLY gain with RRECS is packages to door-period. And I have many huge amazon pkgs daily and have now for 5 plus years. And no I am not laughing at all that lost. I feel absolutely terrible about all that lost. Many I know and are my co-workers and postal family. And you are most likely correct. This system WILL eventually get those that gained. It may take some time but it will-somehow. The rural craft NOW more than EVER needs to pull together in this and NOT try to devide each other apart. And even with my little gain I do not think RRECS will ever be good for the rural craft...ever-the flaws are endless!

At LEAST my gain was only 5 standard hours, 4 hours in my paycheck! Went from 43k to 47k! At least MY standard hours ARE on the charts, so IM going to be paid for what I do! And I won’t STILL be donating!
Enjoy those 20 donated hours your giving them! (Even tho you’ll be beating eval, your still GIVING them 20 hours). ENJOY IT!

I promise I won’t laugh if you say you only get 39 parcels per day.
I gained very well! 5 standard hours! 4 hours in my pay check! $8000 net gain in my bank! YET, I still know it’s wrong! (And, my gain was mostly due to Amazon, and not counted since 2018).
The “cheerleaders “ I speak of, just can’t grasp the “fact” wrecks is doing every route wrong! Gain or loss, every number on every route has been wronged by wrecks! And not “all” of us seem to realize this!
