K day

If you take an annual day off before or after your relief day, you aren’t supposed to be worked on your relief day. That’s one avenue to NOT work on your relief day.
That's great in theory, but most likely if you are being asked to work your relief day they would also not have anybody to cover an annual day so it would be declined. Nice try though!

That reminds me of Nationals theory on RCA's using annual leave towards a weeks pay to get them up to forty hours for the week! :sneaky: Most RCA's I know have trouble staying under 60 working hours a week!

And why would they use annual to bump themselves from evaluated pay into straight pay?

Dumbest scenario ever
That was said during the ZOOM meetings on the Tentative Contract. But I should have said 39.99 hours. The way Ronnie kept saying it was they would, (because they can request annual by hours) request them to fill a weeks so they got a full weeks pay.

That shows how out of touch he is! We have few RCA's, those that we do have are working massive hours, so what do they do? Give them leave they can't use!

ITS TIME TO DRAIN THE SWAMP!
