I am also up a creek and am confused. This is concerning an aux route. After count I was a 43 which made it a 'real' route. Then the boss found an error which knocked it to a 42. I didn't realize it was actually 41:39 which made me 21 stinkin' minutes short of a route. Now (again!) the pm is talking about cutting me to build up two routes. They had been H's but one went to a K and the other a J. He says it is for the good of the post office. I have at least 17 new boxes that will be active in the next quarter and my bank time is 14. I just today am adding two more boxes on my edit/4003. How much will it take to make this an H so I can quit worrying about it? Thank you.

@former...To the best of my knowledge they can not adjust your AUX unless it is vacant and you have less than 90 days on it. As to boxes for hr bump go to knowledge base on site and seek "boxes needed"
They can adjust from you if any automation occurred such as DPS/FSS or POV to LLV change.
In my office those were the only times when we got territory back from the AUX. Trust me we tried when we lost hrs from bad counts not due to automation. The last hrs gained for our routes was last year because the AUX was vacant. Also the only reason we gained territory back was because the AUX delivered into areas we served. IE.. One side of road mine other was on the AUX along with criss cross on roads.

Okay sorry to be a pain with this aux route. I was on 5 and 1 from January till June. Then went to aux six days a week. My bank time is now 27 ( I needed 21 as it was 41.39) I have three more boxes to add in the next month and seven in the next three months. He is still talking about cutting me. I have contacted my union rep and haven't heard a thing. Here is my question. Do I need a whole hour to make a regular H route or is it enough that I finally got my 21 stinkin' minutes (lol) with six to spare. I had to ask the pm a question that had nothing to do with this and the first thing he said was 'yes, I'm still cutting you' . UGGGG Thanks for any info.
