That's the problem, supposedly. And also how can we know if it was " dropped off" by mailer when we come in and it's at our case with other bundled flats? I have been getting zero bundled flats as a count since day one on the reports, I check the numbers every two weeks. I got a big fat zero for CR FLATS on 4241A and 4241M forms. Since we were told at the beginning to scan both WSH AND WSS, and since I have no idea whether WSH is captured or not because my CR FLATS are zero, I most definitely have been scanning all WSH mail for the last year or so. And no, I don't look at it as if I'm "padding" my route. I don't believe anything that comes from management or the associations mouth. Remember we were assured that we would be able to verify the numbers daily? Being told not to use unscanparcel if it fits in box. Being told not to count ubbm mail from dps during survey. Being told thats not a unscanparcel when there's no definition of what one is. Until I see that WSH is being captured, I will continue to scan them.

The statement that you quoted was from last August. A lot of things have come to light since then… or haven’t. We didn’t have RADAR to check back then & mgmt had just changed to the “don’t WSS any WSH flats”. I have continued to do mine as they were very close to Full Coverage & did it as Residential only. Just looking at the RADAR does not convince me that these #s are included.

I don't think anything has come to light with rrecs. All the real data is hidden for 52 weeks then dumped on us without anyway to verify it. Management saying don't scan WSH means nothing to me. Only when I can verify that those WSH flats are being captured will I stop. Has the association spoken on WSH, what did they say, or haven't they said anything? I know mini count says "can" be counted with no explanation what that means. Too much confusion, darkness, much not really explained with rrecs. As a non member with being blocked from association website, with all managers knowing squatt because they weren't trained to train us, that leaves it up to me to " do the best I can as I interpret rrecs to the best of my ability". And I will ALWAYS do what's best for me if ANYTHING is questionable. This is what they gave us, and how they gave it, I don't even think Duke St. understands alot of rrecs.
This happens in my office with a monthly WSS absolute full coverage. All other routes designates WSS but mine is ERCLOT. Told PM I will be doing them as WSS regardless

How exactly are we supposed to know if a WSS or WSH mailing has been processed on postal automation equipment ?
I have been entering both WSS and WSH since the original training material I received told me to do the WSS scan for both. And I have never been told any different.
Everyone should be entering everything possible to benefit the route until told not to. And I would request documentation in writing as for the reason why what you are entering is not correct.
