Got this question from new member, @Donna , so thought I'd just start a new thread....

Btw, welcome to the forum @Donna ....

Do i get credit i column 1 for all DPS letter i return with? in column 22 do i get credit for all priority packages i pick up regardless of weight or is it just those with a carrier pickup request regardless of weight...

Priority pickups over 2 lbs are included in column 22 and also trigger a credit in column 21 even if no request was received. Priority parcels under 2 lbs are included in column 20.

Does anybody know how these are accounted for in the RRECS pay system?

Is it a manual entry at the end of the day?

The honor system will be tested if so!

Wouldn’t the prepaid acceptance scan record the event?

I’d suggest the knowledge base and search count but it’s “under maintenance “

It would record the event but not the fact that the package was two pounds or more! I pick up over 50 per day and would like to insure that I continue to get credit for them.
