Mileage on scanner

When entering my Metris start and end of day mileage on the scanner, one of the subs added an extra digit. I have tried to edit my starting mileage ever day for the past week, but it still reverts to having the extra digit. I can’t enter my correct ending mileage, as it says that I can’t enter a lower number than I started with. Anyone know how to reset this?

Have your management go into AVUS and take a look. They can correct the mileage there and you should be okay there. This is not always the problem but this occurs often when an error is made on the ending mileage. If AVUS isn't updated or corrected, you'll get that message on the scanner.

At the end of the route, return from route,click the top mileage, hit the back button, to clear it out,put in your new starting mileage.
