Mileage ---RCA

We have 2 sm PO's same finance number, RMPO I guess, or some other stupid PO acronym. An RCA recently has been going to the other PO (POV) to help deliver packages for another RCA.

I asked the RCA if he/she was receiving mileage when going from one PO to the other. Person said no, person was told since the PO's are one in the same, no mileage is paid.

Is this right ?

No. She should be being paid both mileage and time.

No that is not the case. I doubt the RCA will pursue through the union due to possible retaliation.
