Mini mail survey count

I have made forms to fill in my mail counts per day, but don’t necessarily like it. Has anyone made a form that correlates with the proper description of what mail you are actually counting? ie raw mail, tub mail, hot case mail etc? If so can I see what you made?

How do we see these if we no longer pay union dues & don't have access to that site?
You only get access to stuff you need for your job if you’re a union member of the NRLCA! Unlike the other unions that put everything out in the open. Wonder if you contacted your rep and asked them for that info how they’d respond. Now I wonder as a percentage, between the different PO unions, which ones have the highest percentage of dues paying members… 🤔

Ask your supervisor for the forms. That is what I plan on doing.
They are supposed to print them out for you.

We are only counting letter and flats that are worked by the clerks in the office as well as letter mail exceptions/errors pulled from dps. Every 4 inverted letters in the dps is one random/raw letter credit. I make tally marks on a sticky note as I deliver to account for the inverted.

We are also keeping track of PARS labels and any misc time.

FYI, there is training through the post office. Ask to watch the presentation. If they deny you, and you are so brazen, file a grievance if your management won't train you on the aspects of your job.
Time your training and put the total minutes it on your tripsheet. You should receive additional pay for the time it takes to view the training as additonal pay (8127 time).
Good luck tomorrow my fellow Carrier.
Hope you receive a prosperous evaluation.

Consider joining the union. We need smart Carriers involved that want to make a difference in the craft.
Be the change you want to see.🙂
