misthrown parcel credit?

is there any way to get mIsthrown parcels counted? and where do you put them in your offices?

Our clerks scan them as available for pickup and put them in the hamper for next dsy delivery.

They are already counted..... just mis-thrown. In my office taken up to supervisor desk. Also we have to make 2nd trip once back from route -- no next day option

are you talking about the actual parcels or the time involved?

actual parcels - no longer "counted" as you get credit all year long.

time - should go under miscellaneous time

You can get a scan for a misthrown parcel by keying in 3,2,1. I can't remember what the exact titles of those hot keys are, but basically returned to office for address verification. That also stops the scan and makes it not necessary to deliver until the next day

Everybody piles misthrown parcels at or on the super’s desk and mgmt agreed in a standup a couple years ago to give everybody 5 min/wk miscellaneous time for it. But it usually slips their mind unless you get them to add it in when you review your results.
