If you haven't already, please reach out to your district representative steward. You only have a few days left to file a dispute for last mms.

District has all the numbers every survey if they can't see what's happening then why they there. Simply put they should be reaching out to us and fixing these problems automatically!

When did you last update your edit book? When did you last do active mapping of route on the computer? Both should be done monthly to correct computer information from scanner that may be wrongly updated without your approval.

Where do you scan your parcel delivery? Not what selection on the scanner. Where do you physically scan a door delivery?

Do you utilize the scanner entries to record and maximize your route? Are you recording load time? End of shift and all the duties that entails? Or are you booking out in under 3 minutes from returning to office? I don't want to assume anything. Carriers who have obvious time discrepancies need to look at their RADAR report daily and verify the computer month mapping to be certain something hasn't changed on footage, dismounts, closed boxes or traffic patterns.
If you do not drive the route exactly like it is written to be driven...the computer system will self update to the shorter, faster route you may be taking to skip deliveries.
Any box you do not stop for or receive mail for on a day- you received zero credit for that box that day. If your coverage factor is 60% that means they only pay you to deliver 60% of the route on a daily average.
You need all this information to figure out where you think you are missing time. An educated steward can help guide you on where you may be entitled to additional time for a dispute.

Every carrier places parcel in order to deliver them in a timely manner on their route.
I did this in the office for years, usually taking 1/2 hour per day, longer on Mondays.
Using the "Load truck" feature WHILE IN LOADING TIME, you can place parcels in order at the same time as you are loading your vehicle increasing your loading time up to one hour + per day. This is totally legit, and an accepted practice by the Usps.
Here's how you do it by entering these
entries on your scanner in this order:
1) Start load
2) Esc
3) Load truck
4) Scan each parcel
scanner will show the # order of the parcel (being delivered that day) according to your edit book and tell you the section of the vehicle that parcel belongs.
New to the route carriers often times write the order # on the parcel and place it in order. Seasoned carriers usually just place them in order.
The reason this helps increase your loading time is because you are placing your parcels in order, as all carriers do, during LOADING TIME, instead of in the office. We do get some, very little, time under Rrecs to place parcels in order, and even to reorganize/move them up in the vehicle, but why not do it under loading time and legally double dip. No one that uses this method has lost evaluation time in our office.

643 tcp !!!! Traffic control point ? Doesn’t make sense . I have a feeling lot of things are not right in your mapping and lot of things you are not doing right . Every time you post about mms you sound confused to me and I also get confused reading your description. I feel for you . I suspect your route should be higher. But I am beginning to think other than someone going over all your route and paperwork face to face nobody can help you . Is there anyone carrier in your office or nearby who is informed good about RRECS willing to do that with you ?
