MMS Precount conference

Is this still a " thing?" ..isn't management to hold a precount conference like a week before the mms?

I don’t think they’re required to do jack squat anymore. I saw a email to management dated 8/8/25 about a standup talk but it said wasn’t necessary to tell carriers til yesterday. That precount conference is a thing of the past.

Everyone got a printout of a standup they were supposed to give. Guess it counts.

The conference is a place where carriers can do a Q and A with management... and there are witnesses.

Ofc it got scrapped.

15 second blurb during a different stand up about not touching the mail till they are done counting. Other than that...nada.

RRECS only requires a Stand-Up Talk since there is nothing to negotiate for time standards. It's all cut & dry. The list of things to count is tiny and almost nothing gets timed.
All MMS have been like this & nothing changes from Survey to Survey.

This place is a joke. Last MMS I dropped from 45k to 44k because PM entered 0ft of daily dismount distance instead of 1035ft. Immediately disputed, Immediately won. 6 months later still not fixed/reflected/paid, and into next MMS. JOKE!

Omg that's awful ...we never had a pre count stand up, have a bs city supervisor that doesn't even know how to spell mms,admittedly...it's criminal
They are literally playing around like itsca joke ..tried to get withdrawal removed, moved our parcel hampers 2x before measuring then next day moved to a different spot. Took away out conveyances apcs 3vweeks ago so, now, 2 trips to get parcels and conveyances which are now parcel hampers...smh

no daily input of anything..I'll be filing a class action to have it thrown out...

Unfortunately, the number of conveyances doesn’t matter. It’s 1 measurement to the furthest conveyor & back to where you case.
The number of conveyances that we are credited with can change daily & is based on the number of parcels the route deliverers each day. Size also doesn’t matter in the conveyance equation.

This is correct yet IMO wrong, the size of many Amazons will take up 1 alone.

If you have multiple parcel sorting areas. The footage should be to each area and back then added for total daily footage credit. You aren't allowed to push two pieces of equipment at the same time per safety.
