I am moving to Longs SC, from Manlius , NY. , in December. As much as I am hoping to get a mutual transfer, it’s seeming far fetched. So anyway , I am curious about the MOU 10. It states that if I go regular within 3 years my accumulated sick time comes back, but what happens to the years I’ve put in towards retirement? Also if you know anyone leaving n/e S. C. Or s/e N. C. Looking to come to CNY lmk. Thanks!

Search for other federal jobs. I believe your retirement and other stuff will transfer.
