My Statement To The Postal Inspector

I've heard it said, that anybody who represents their self in a legal matter... has a fool for a client...  <img title="Confused" alt="Confused" src="https://www.ruralmailtalk.ruralinfo.net/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-smileys/sf-confused.gif" />  </blockquote>
Worst case scenario, I'm out of a job & my post office sucks. Best case scenario, I come back as an MPOO & the whole district is a little better. I don't really have much to lose, but would like to have a decent post office. I have an interview with a real investigator this Friday, but it'll probably be another month at least before anything comes of it. I was warned that none of this would be fast, plan on being in it for the long haul.

A month goes by and no word or update.   I suppose he was either successfully terminated or embarrassed and logged in under a new name.

One side hides their faces and the other side has nothing to hide.  This simple, distilled, root fact, how can it not speak to the heart of these people?  </blockquote>
A triumphant return to a month-old discussion with nothing constructive to offer on the topic besides ignorance and harassment.

It is not my intention to harass this guy.  I certainly DO NOT hope he gets fired.  It would be terrible to lose ones job.  In the triumphant return to this discussion I asked "should we be afraid to criticize a union brother if it is warranted".  Hardly ignorant.

Read what he said.  He was involved in potentially violent mob activities.  He could be the guy in the helmet in the video for all we know.  He didn't leave his misguided ideas on the street but took them to work and made co workers uncomfortable to the point they complained.

Management is not wrong ALL of the time!  I support management judgement in this, but I hope he doesn't get fired.  I hope he goes back to work and keeps his mouth shut.

LOL George, LOL. I might just be the character from that Rolling Stones song Sympathy For The Devil. I really was involved in some version of "violent mob activities" years ago. This is a difficult place to grow up, George, but I turned out pretty good. Never did prison time (knock on wood) which is more than many folks around here can say.
