All new to me.. need help with my numbers from mail count mail office hours is 35:27

If you're taking those numbers off of the 4241 they gave you, then they really don't mean much... that's just the TOTAL ACTUAL hours you worked during the 2 weeks of the mail count... basically it jives with your 4240 (time sheet) less any counting or waiting time you were given during the count...
Did you get a 4241-M??? That is the form that will show what your new evaluation is... at the bottom, it will say "Standard Time (Hours and Minutes)"... that's the number you want to look at... that is what gives you your new evaluation...

I was looking at the PS Form 4241 the form that they gave us to look over for 2 days..So that form doesn’t mean anything?

The 4241 is the "bean counter" form it shows all of the "raw" numbers from the count... as stated above, the time shown on the bottom of your 4241 is your ACTUAL time you worked for the 2 weeks of the count... that doesn't really impact your new evaluation... your mgt peep should be able to print you out a 4241-M, and that will have the hours and minutes of your new evaluation (standard time)...
You can take the "raw" numbers on the 4241 and enter them in to one of FrozenToes calculators, and that will also give you your new evaluation...

unless the 100.62 is the evaluation for two weeks, or 50.31 hrs per week. what was the route before count? how was your volume through count?

The numbers on the bottom of the 4241, are NOT your new evaluation, unless you just somehow magically managed to work the exact hours of your new evaluation during the 2 weeks of the mail count... the numbers at the bottom of the 4241 only reflect your ACTUAL work hours during the count... just like your time sheet (4240), those hours don't reflect your new evaluation...
To see your new eval, you need to look at form 4241-M (if you have it), or take your count numbers and plug them in to one of the mail count calculators...
