Our union works for the same organization we do so of course they say rrecs is working and let's not forget their pay doesn't rely on rrecs! I say ok file on if rrecs is so wonderful then when we loose thousands a year everyone should too. Clerks, supervisors, post masters, pooms etc and expecally our union officials. In doing that shouldn't take long for rrec to be corrected or STOPPED. It's like everything in this world if you just see the problem, hear the problem but never feel, live and breath the problem then to them there isn't any a problem. It will never make common sense to me why when our craft all rts lost last survey 2 to 3 hours how they hired more help on the clerk side and a 204b? How If our volume is so low that we took a terrible pay cut triggers to hire more help? Oh and let's not forget the famous words first class is is so low ok and? Their math never adds up to me. It's like it's on purpose let's cut the rural craft again and spend that money on other crafts oh and not forget stop washing the vehicle as well and use that money on comfy office chairs or bigger screens and the throw in a TV or 2 as we go. Idk about anyone else but the bigger problem is these people that run this organization needs a thinning out a cut down. They are to big for their britches and their spending allowance has shown that! File on starring at the top leave the bottom folks alone. Heck we work our 8,10,12 or more hours a day even if first class isn't there! Yep can't make this stuff up. Time to fix stupid!
