Hi, I’m a New RCA and I am still doing OJT at my office. I am also on a pre hire list for the PO in my home town. Can I transfer to my home town? What steps do I take ?

You must complete your probation (90 days actually worked or one calendar year, whichever comes first) before you can transfer.

If you go to the knowledgebase (Home ) and put in "transfer", you will find the instructions as well as the form you will need when the time comes.

Step one foot in the door, step two working where you want to be!

If and whenever you consider transferring I would recommend seeing how the grass is on the other side first by assisting the other office first as an outside RCA providing help. Keep in mind the grass is always greener over the septic system! ?
