New survey daily volume sheet

The sheet you posted isn't right. Manglement keeps making their own each survey don't use what they give you. Sorry I don't have the correct sheet but that thing is missing a ton of stuff.
Miscellaneous Time is recorded on its own separate sheet. If you pull the rrecs survey documents you should be able to find it or pull management's RMSS training materials (can Google search for it) and it'll have the Miscellaneous Time sheet.
I'm terrible with the internet and posting things including attachments so I apologize for not providing better information.

This is overkill.
There is no need to separate the items pulled from DPS. Simply count all items pulled out, add the Inverted credit, and give mgmt the total. Also give any timings done on the route.
MMS needs only:
AM Letters, AM Flats, AM timings (if any), PM Letters (Inverted/4 plus DPS pulls), PM flats(if any), Route timings (if any).

We get one like this. I throw it in the trash and I either tell them my numbers or leave them a post it, then I check when I get the official count sheet. Something breaking down the mark-ups, ubbm, etc just tells me they're looking at how many and how they can stop you from getting them.
