The lowest count gets credited as raw mail. As in clerk sorted mail.
i had three trays of dps. one tray went in the middle of one of the other trays. All they are allowing me is 8127 time.
This is what the supervisor told me this afternoon
there is an mou on second run DPS. your steward should have it. or, look it the knowledge base here

Should be misc time .... so it counts towards the evaluation. Now they will tell you no it doesn't happen every day. your answer will be correct. I'm only asking for the time today not everyday of the count

Not Misc time. This is 8127 time. The document that came out addressing 2nd Runs was simply to update the PO-603 on proper credit matching the RRECS standards.
There is this from The Guide ;
9. Casing DPS Letters
While RRECS includes a standard (S009) of 0.0294 minutes per piece (34 pieces per
minute), the standard is ONLY credited in two circumstances. One was discussed above:
when the route receives fewer than 400 pieces of DPS Letters in a day, the quantity is
automatically defaulted to this casing standard. The second application of the DPS
Letters casing standard is when the route receives more than one run of DPS in a day. In
this case, the casing standard would be applied to the smaller run of DPS with the fewest
pieces. Again, this is an automatic default in the system.
Now, does this "automatic default" actually occur ? That is yet another issue to research. Anyhow, according to The Guide, this "automatic default" is supposed to occur not only during a MMS but also all year long if / when this situation occurs. For those who have been affected by this two run situation, you could look at your 4241M and see if there is any time credit for the above standard.
