That said, the Union has failed me every single time, all should have been easy slam dunks in carriers favor.

The problem really isn't the office, it's the total lack of representation by the Un Union.

Settle everything, even if it doesn't need to be settled.

Stated again. There is no good reason for an rca to be in the Union.

I can see how you would think that but the point is the pm isn't aware of this personal "policy".

The fact is, though, the PM wouldn't care if I filed a grievance because he / she knows my Union rep wouyld settle. The PM isn't really the problem in this office, it's the spineless lack of representation by the Un Union.
