Anyone else hear such a thing yet? Supposedly to help with integrity we are no longer permitted to manually enter anything that doesn't scan. We are to call management and have them i guess send us a barcode through texts that we can scan instead? Or if we don't want to use our phones when we get back to the office they are going to print out a barcode for said package and send us back out to deliver it with a scan. When i asked about compensation management claimed the union informed them that there would be no extra pay if we are under our evaluations.

Poom has gotta make them numbas! This place has devolved into such a flippin joke.

If union said that they dumb, because that would be a 2nd trip! I should hope more management lied about it and hope you don't ask anyone else.

Right?! I did shoot the union lady a text to see. Explained that was said and asked her if it is true. My coworker found an mou from 2023 about second trips at the rate of 3 minutes a mile. Will ask the union lady about that if she confirms that she did say that to my pm. Will have to deal with someone above her if that is the case. I could be wrong but i am under the impression that any time i go back out after my first trip that would be considered a second trip. They are really trying to convince us that the evaluation is like an hourly pay and they can make us do extra stuff for being efficient and coming in under time. I could always be more thorough and work my entire evaluation so they do have to pay me if that is what they want.

Never trust management. If you're sent back out after returning for any reason, that is recorded as second trip. Write down your miles, and check your stub later. If they don't pay out, refuse to do any additional trips until you're made whole.
