the regular on my primary route is out with medical issue, I have worked all week,I was told today that i had to take tomorrow off because I would be in over-time, and another RCA would be called in to work. Is this correct? I thought I was entitled to work until the carrier returned. Thanks for any help with this matter.

You should be entitled to work the Evaluated time for the week. Compare that to the hours that you have worked thus far. If you are under, contact your Stewie!

Yeah its your route if you are the primary sub of record.  Definitely get a hold of your steward and file that grievance if this happened to you for the full days pay of the route you were assigned to, but forced to not work.  Good Luck
