This has always been the most laughable part of the contract.

I've been in contact with nearly every office within 30 miles of my home office and I'd estimate that 20% of routes have a sub.

I eventually filled out a 120 day letter. Gave it to my PM. It didn't go anywhere and when I contacted the DR about it, she said to just fill out another one.

Local ADRs don't care because they take off whenever they want and claim union business and DRs don't care because they aren't working routes anyways. And suspiciously enough, the local stews always seem to have a sub....

not in my office.

we share 1 sub, stew doesn't have one.

i will say though: everyone just puts their leave in and torpedoes be danged. management has to figure it out. we don't come in.

except for those daca 5 days... :devilish:
