Told us all grieving a pay shortage "IF" they don't agree with the proof will only lead to an unharmonious work place

??? You do KNOW, i hope, that other people can read. Not one thing you just said is true. Psych eval??? Name(s)? (A name, and knucklehead is not much of one. I'd rather be called a knucklehead than be accused of gloating. ) Hmmmm, don't see where i said you don't know what you're talking about. Hmmm nope, the gist of what i was saying is planting all these negative ideas in a new employee's mind is just plain wrong, and you said doing so was right, you agreed. So....not sure why you felt the need to blubber a bunch of nonsense.

And you never addressed the point that the OIG decided to send out feelers to see if pay shortages were really a problem, and got nearly 200 responses in a few days.
I guess it was easier just to chalk it up to some sort of psycosis when in your world they pay shortages are just a series of coincidences and unfortunate data entry errors
