-- Don't let manglement get away with being "on call" just in case we need you. There is a Step 3 decision that says RCA's are NOT ON CALL.
-- To get the minimum 2 hours, you would have to actually report to the office.
- Article 8 - Section 4:
Any employee scheduled to work AND who does report for work SHALL be guaranteed two ( 2 ) hours or pay.
-- Next time - call the office if they have not called you. "Hey, I was scheduled for work today. Do you need me or not? In any case, please have an 1314-A ready for me to sign the next time I am in the office for the time I waited to be called."
