OVERBURDENED ROUTE ADJUSTMENTS

The USPS owns the territory. You can make suggestions for efficiency but, they don't have to listen to them. If the territory is truly new addresses, not route adjustment moves, the territory will add time to even an adjusted frozen route.
I should have chose better wording. They took 61 boxes away from her to adjust her. But now want to give her part of my route. And I take some of hers in a different area.
But they don’t realize the part they are taking from me is a good reloading spot when I have too much without deviating. And the other area they want to give me I would be making left hand turns and turning around on hills.
Right now she does right hand turns to cover a hilly area. And I do right hand turns from the other side to cover the other area. I’m sorry it’s confusing, but just because a computer or program says it’s the smart way. They don’t take consideration of mailbox placement, hills, the amount of packages these certain customers get. If I get this portion from her and have to reload, it’s gonna be a 8 mile trip to and 8 miles back.

And the other area they want to give me I would be making left hand turns and turning around on hills.
When you submit your carrier input , you can cite the safety concerns. The left turns as well as u-turns , according to the PO's own safety documents, are considered as unsafe.
