Overburdened route/Aux created

Small office, 2 of 4 routes were 47(overburdened).
Cuts were made and an Aux route was created.
The 2 routes were taken down to 51:00/43K routes.
The 2 routes have now dropped below a 43...can they now take back off of the aux route to build back up to a minimum 43 or more?
Does the entire aux route have to be absorbed to do so or can only a small portion be taken off as long as the aux will be at a minimum of 12hours?

Did you have a special count after the cut..it is possible to get a rebuild from the aux as long as the aux has enough to retain aux status

The aux is currently at a 17 and I know it has to be a minimum of 12 to be an aux, so would they allow 5 to come off of it? There hasnt been a count since the aux was created and routes cut and now 2 of the routes have fallen below the 43... 3 postmasters later and things are maybe on the uphill side of getting lined out and in order so to speak.

New postmaster getting the routes lined out to what they actually should be has caused them to fall below the 43. 3 postmasters since the aux was created, no counts since before the aux was created.

File a grievance, your route is not to be cut back below a 43, unless there is "No other way". If one route "can't help" but go below a 43, that might be justified. There is NO reason more than one "Must" be cut back below a 43. Your pm screwed up, file a grievance to help him learn to do proper route adjustments.

The way it sounds to me is the rts were cut to 43k in the beginning. But the new PM did something to bring them down past a 43k? What is the reasoning for the rt drop? But the routes shouldn't be cut under 43k unless there is a lot of growth still attached to the rt.

I'm a little confused on what is really happening here.
